Picard 2.4.1 fixes start issues on Windows 7 and 8

Following yesterday’s release of Picard 2.4 we have a bugfix release that fixes Picard not starting on Windows 7 and Windows 8. Users of those operating systems should upgrade to Picard 2.4.1.
